Downtown Phoenix Living ranks 10th in the U.S.

In 2023, a report from StorageCafe has Phoenix at number 10 out of the 30 largest cities in the country for downtown living experiences.  Categories used for the ranking include safety, restaurants, rental inventory, apartment amenities and of course cost of living.  Phoenix’s access to theaters, fitness centers and apartment availability got them the top 10 spot.

Downtown Phoenix Multi-family Living

Downtown Phoenix is known for its multi-family living.  It should also be noted that approximately 70% of Phoenix’s downtown large-scale apartment inventory was developed within the past decade.  According to the report “you also get plenty of room when you rent a downtown apartment (790 sq. ft./person), a generous living space by national standards”.
