7 million square foot Airpark coming to Goodyear and the West Valley

Phase 1 of the Goodyear Airpark breaks ground!  The Airpark will sit on 565 acres adjacent to the Phoenix-Goodyear Airport, a few miles south of I10 and minutes from the Goodyear Cactus League Ballpark (home of Cincinnati Reds/Cleveland Guardians).

The Airpark is considered a Class A Industrial Development.  Meaning, the Class A buildings will have high-quality infrastructure and attractive interiors and exteriors.  Tenants competing for Class A buildings are well established industry leaders looking for the best that commercial real estate has to offer.

The Airpark when built-out will total 7 million square feet and consist of 20 buildings.  The groundbreaking Phase 1 will consist of six buildings ranging from 81,000 to 775,00 square feet.  These buildings will clear 40’ in height with private truck courts and plenty of parking.

This project will provide Phoenix and the West Valley the opportunity to generate not only jobs but well-paying jobs which will positively affect the housing market in the West Valley.  It should be noted that Goodyear is also one of the fastest growing communities in the State of Arizona.
